INSide

At 3:48am, a noise downstairs wakes Sarah. She searches the house and finds nothing, and by morning she has put it down to the house settling. Then she discovers she was not alone that night.

INSide is a Mercian Films horror short starring Emily Head, directed by Andrew Gough and shot by Lou Murrall on RED Gemini and Nikon ZR with Xeen primes. A slow-burn study of one woman, one house and the hours when nobody else is awake, it lives almost entirely in darkness: torchlight, moonlight through the blinds and the faint glow of a bedside clock.
